Two fifa coins politicians are locked in a legal battle which hinges on whether one of them can compare the other to Del Boy.

Councillor Neil McEvoy started the bizarre legal action over a leaflet with a cartoon of him as the David Jason character from the classic TV comedy Only Fools and Horses.

McEvoy launched the expensive libel battle with opponent Michael Michael claiming being compared to wheeler dealer Del Boy has damaged his reputation.The spat has now reached the high court with a top judge set to rule on whether it is defamatory to refer to a public figure as Del Boy.
